Dr. Kristin Gilkes spoke during the general session of Quantum World Congress 2023 on "Qubits to Profit: Navigating the Road to Stakeholder Buy-In".

Dr. Kristin Gilkes is the EY Global Innovation Quantum Leader and oversees EY's Global Quantum Computing Lab. Kristin leads EY's journey in quantum focused on trust, transformation and sustainability. In addition, Kristin oversees EY's alliances to deliver quantum-related products to help our clients solve problems and protect their businesses. Kristin is an expert in advanced analytics and automation for anti-fraud solutions. She has led the Regulatory Technology and Technology Optimization competency in EY’s Advisory Practice and has been a leader in EY’s financial crimes and fraud analytics work. She has also been a Chief Data Scientist at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, and contributed to the US National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence. Kristin received her Ph.D. in Decision Sciences, completed a graduate program in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Oxford, holds an MBA and a BBA in Information and Operations Management.
