Quantum World Congress 2023 attracted over 800 attendees and featured 150 speakers in more than 90 general and breakout sessions. Participants represented a cross-sector “who’s who” in quantum with representation from across industry, academia, research, government, finance, philanthropy, and community organizations. The agenda included:

“Quantum technology is at the cusp of reshaping our world, and Quantum World Congress serves as a critical platform for this transformation,” said George Thomas, President, Connected DMV and Director, Potomac Quantum Innovation Center. “This Congress is not just about showcasing advancements; it is a confluence of global thought leaders, innovators, and policymakers. By bringing together diverse perspectives from around the world, we aim to catalyze groundbreaking collaborations and accelerate the journey from quantum research to real-world applications. The 2024 event and its international participation will be pivotal in forging partnerships that transcend borders, driving technological advancements and socio-economic progress globally.”

Quantum World Congress 2024 will build on the achievements of the previous years. In 2023, the event featured a broad range of activities, including plenary sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and exhibits, highlighting the growing quantum ecosystem in the Greater Washington region and its role in the global quantum industry.

“Quantum World Congress is more than a conference; it’s a nexus of global quantum dialogue and innovation,” said Stu Solomon, CEO, Connected DMV. “Our goals are to highlight the advances in quantum technology and foster international cooperation and understanding in this rapidly evolving field that has the potential to reshape what’s possible.”
