Dr. Charles Tahan, Assistant Director of Quantum Information Science and Director of the National Quantum Coordination Office within the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, provided an update on the state of quantum development in the United States as part of the "National Quantum Updates" during the Global Cooperation learning track at Quantum World Congress 2023.
